WIL-Surge Home Services is the residential division of WIL-Surge Electric, which has worked across Southeastern Wisconsin since 1993 on hospitals, schools, sports lighting and high-voltage distribution. Two trades, one contractor

Electrical and HVAC sit in the same company. In older housing that matters more than it sounds — a heat pump or air conditioner frequently needs the electrical service upgraded before it can run, and that is one job on one schedule here rather than two contractors and two visits.

Licensed, bonded and insured

Every job is completed by or under a Wisconsin Master Electrician, with EPA-certified technicians handling refrigerant work. We carry workers' compensation and liability coverage on every project, and we pull the permits and schedule the inspections rather than leaving that to the homeowner.

Straight answers about what is worth doing

We will tell you when a repair is not worth making on equipment near the end of its life, and when a job would be better served by someone closer to you. Written estimates come before work begins.
