Our Wisconsin Service Area
WIL-Surge Home Services works across six Southeastern Wisconsin counties from our office at 13201 W Silver Spring Rd in Butler. Butler sits just off the northwest corner of Milwaukee, which puts most of the metro within a short drive and the rest of the region within a scheduled one.
Two things decide how quickly we can reach you: distance, and the type of work. Below is what that means in practice rather than a list of place names.
Milwaukee Metro
The closest work to our office is the northwest side of Milwaukee and the neighboring suburbs — Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, Germantown and the communities immediately around Butler.
The rest of Milwaukee County, including the East Side, Bay View and the south side, is routine scheduled work. Waukesha and Ozaukee counties are the same.

Kenosha and Racine
Kenosha and Racine counties are the southern end of our range. Work there is scheduled with a confirmed arrival window, because it is a genuine drive from Butler and we would rather commit to a time we can keep.
The housing is different too — much more post-war and later construction than Milwaukee, which changes what is worth installing rather than only where we drive.

Walworth County and the Western Edge
Walworth County and the western edge of the region are the outer limit of our coverage. We take work there, scheduled further ahead, and we will tell you if a job is better served by someone closer rather than quoting a response time we cannot meet.
